GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Managed by Welligo Inc., 316-16 Industrial Parkway S, Aurora, Ontario, L4G 0R4 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), this giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is conducted in accordance with the following terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”).

Detailed information on personal data processing is available in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

I. Eligibility and participation requirements
The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity, and accept these Rules.

To participate in the Giveaway, entrants must:

like the post announcing the Giveaway,
follow the Organizer’s official Instagram page,
comment which team they think will win the 2026 Football World Cup.
Employees of the Organizer, as well as their close relatives, are excluded from participating in the Giveaway.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not meet the participation requirements, provides false information, or violates these Rules in any way.

II. Giveaway period
The Giveaway period is: July 1, 2026 – July 18, 2026

The draw will take place on: July 21, 2026

The winners will be announced no later than: July 21, 2026

III. Prize and draw
A total of 3 winners will be randomly selected.

The prizes are:
3 Wellensteyn gift vouchers, each worth 120 CAD.

Each winner is entitled to 1 Wellensteyn gift voucher worth 120 CAD.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

The draw will be conducted randomly using an online random draw tool under the supervision of the Organizer.

Only participants who have fulfilled all participation requirements set out in these Rules will be included in the draw.

IV. Prize delivery and winner notification
The winners will be contacted by the Organizer via private message on Instagram.

The winners must respond no later than July 24, 2026, and provide the information required to receive the prize.

The information required for prize delivery may include, in particular:

full name,
email address,
phone number.
If a winner does not respond within the specified deadline, their right to the prize will be forfeited, and the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

The exact method of prize delivery will be agreed upon individually between the Organizer and the winners.

V. Exclusion of participants
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who:

violates these Rules,
fails to fully comply with the participation requirements,
provides false information,
or violates any applicable law or regulation.
The Organizer also reserves the right to exclude participants who attempt to enter the Giveaway in an unfair manner, including but not limited to the use of fake profiles, automated tools, or any method contrary to the spirit of the Giveaway.

VI. Data protection
By participating in the Giveaway, the participant agrees that the Organizer may process the personal data provided by the participant for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway, identifying the winners, and delivering the prizes.

VII. Independence from Instagram/Facebook
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

The Giveaway is organized exclusively by the Organizer.

VIII. Miscellaneous provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time.
