GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Managed by Welligo Inc., 316-16 Industrial Parkway S, Aurora, Ontario, L4G 0R4 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), this giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) is conducted in accordance with the following terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”).

Detailed information on personal data processing is available in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

 
I. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to natural persons aged 18 or over, who have full legal capacity and accept these Terms.

To participate, entrants must:

● follow the Organizer’s official Instagram account,
● share the giveaway post,
● answer the giveaway question in a comment:
How many Wellensteyn stores are there in your country?

Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives are excluded from participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not meet the conditions, provides false information, or otherwise violates these Terms.

 
II. Duration
The Giveaway runs from April 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026.
The winner will be drawn on May 8, 2026.
Results will be announced no later than May 8, 2026.

 
III. Prize and Selection
One (1) winner will be selected.

The prize is:
a $400 CAD gift voucher

The winner will be selected randomly using an online tool under the supervision of the Organizer.

 
IV. Prize Delivery
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message.

The winner must respond and provide the required details (name, email, phone number, delivery address) no later than May 12, 2026.

If the winner does not respond within this period, they will forfeit the prize.

The prize can be collected in person or delivered by post. The Organizer is not responsible for delays or damages during delivery.

 
V. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

● violates these Terms,
● does not meet the participation requirements,
● or breaches applicable laws.

 
VI. Personal Data Protection
By participating, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, identifying the winner, and delivering the prize.

VII. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

 
VIII. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Organizer is incorporated.
