Refund policy
Returns
Full-price items: You can return full-price items within 30 days of purchase with your proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Discounted items: Items sold at a discount of 49% or less can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an online gift card. The gift card will be automatically emailed to you once the return is processed.
Final sale: Items sold at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
The garment must be unworn and in its original condition. All tags must be affixed to the garment. Wellensteyn Canada will thoroughly inspect all products before issuing a refund or online gift card.
How to return
- E-mail us at service@wellensteyn-canada.com or call 289-990-8681 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm the return and email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely, in its original packaging if possible.
- Attach the prepaid label and drop the parcel off with the carrier. It will be delivered to: Wellensteyn Store, Outlet Collection at Niagara, 300 Taylor Rd, Unit 427, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0, or bring it to the store in person with your order confirmation.
Return shipping is free of charge: once we confirm your return, our Niagara store emails you a prepaid return shipping label, so you pay nothing to send the item back.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and are credited to the original payment method (full-price items) or issued as an online gift card (discounted items). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 3–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. The original shipping charge (if any) is refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us at service@wellensteyn-canada.com and we will reserve the replacement for you.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@wellensteyn-canada.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
