Where we ship
We ship to every province and territory in Canada. We do not currently ship outside Canada.
Shipping rates

Rates apply to the whole of Canada. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include taxes; applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated and added at checkout.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed and shipped from our Niagara store within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information as soon as your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Carriers
Parcels are shipped with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or FedEx. The carrier is selected at dispatch to give you the fastest reliable service to your address.
Shipping to a different address
You can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. Enter the shipping address at checkout; you will be able to enter a separate billing address at the payment step.
Order changes and cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been placed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at service@wellensteyn-canada.com or 289-990-8681. If the order has already shipped, please follow our return policy once it arrives.
